Please read these terms and conditions of use ("Terms", "Terms of Use") carefully before using the Website operated by the Company. By using the Website, the Client agrees to be bound by these Terms.

DEFINITION

This website (the "Website") is operated by LOKU (the “Company”), a Sri Lankan limited by shares. The holiday rentals on the Website (individually a “Villa”) are offered for short term furnished holiday rental from their LOKU (the "Company") to the renter (the "Client") under the following Terms of Use. The Client shall be held liable for any breach of these Terms by any Party. For the purposes of these Terms, “Party” means any other person than the Client who stays in the Villa with the Client.

By making a reservation through the Website, the Clients enters into a direct, legally binding, contractual relationship with the Company.

Reservations

​

To reserve at the villa, the Client must pay to the Company the total rental amount (the "Deposit") and the breakages deposit (15% of the total rental amount which will be refunded after inspection 24hours after your departure). The options can be paid at the Client arrival. Upon reception of the confirmation email and deposit, the Company will send a confirmation voucher to the Client. The reservation is not effective until the required payment is received. Reservations can only be accepted from Clients aged 18 or over at the time of the reservation.

 

RULES OF PROCEDURE

 

• Arrival from 3.00 PM

• Departure at 11.00 AM

• Pets friendly (1 max - extra cost: 5€/day)

• No events 

• No smoking inside the property

• Maximum 12 adults and 6 children

• Breakages deposit: 15% of the total rental amount (refunded after inspection 24hours after your departure)

CANCELLATION POLICY (60/30DAYS)

• 100% refund if cancellation at least 60 days before arrival

• 50% refund (excl. charges) if cancellation at least 30 days before arrival

• No refund if you cancel less than 30 days before arrival
